She explains that by growing and wealth and the fact that many soldiers were returning from the war. Before, only Christmas and Easter were celebrated. She also recalls when they started to celebrate national holidays.\nOlga Cylurik's husband Andy is also present and occasionally intervenes. He remembers that they used to drive for 5 hours by horse to Mundare, Alberta, to celebrate saint Peter's day.\nUnlike Thanksgiving, Olga remembers that they celebrated Halloween. She also recalls playing baseball in school.
