As part of this project, we undertook an extensive literature review and conducted semi-structured interviews with subject matter experts. We have synthesized our results in terms of EDI building layout design as it intersects with the ability to work, accessibility, health and wellbeing, family and culture support, and privacy and safety. We draw on quotes from our subject matter experts, and prior research in the areas of psychology, architecture design, and management.
