Les ingrédients sont quatres oeufs, une tasse et quart de sucre, une tasse de lait, une tasse de crème, une demi-cuillère à thé de sel, une cuillère à thé de vanille, une demi-cuillère à thé d'essence d'amande, quatre cuillères à thé de poudre à pâte et cinq ou six tasses de farine ou plus. \r\n\rLa méthode est: mêler les œufs et le sucre ensemble. Ensuite, ajoutez le lait, la crème, le sel, la vanille et l’essence d'amande. Tamiser la farine avec la poudre à pâte et ajoutez les autres ingrédients. Méler. Et pour faire une pâte assez souple. Boulez et coupez. Faites cuire dans une marmite avec de l' huile ou un deep fry.
